| Reflexology |
Reflexology is the traditional art of healing, dating back to the times of Ancient Egypt, China and India. It involves gentle pressure massage on the feet. The human body is divided into ten equal vertical zones, ending with the fingers and toes. Gentle pressure on one part of a particular zone can affect everything else linked to the “reflexes” on the hands and feet in the same zone.

| How Reflexology can help you. |
Reflexology helps the body heal itself. Regular reflexology treatment can help you sleep better and strengthen your immune system.
| What happens during treatment? |
The Reflexologist uses his/her hands, gently pressing on the patient’s feet. Prior to the treatment, the Reflexologist will ask questions as to general health and lifestyle. This helps to build up a complete picture of the patients so that Aromatherapy treatment can be given. Carefully trained hands can detect even tiny imbalances and deposits in the feet, and working on the points, blockages can be released and energy can flow freely again.

The body can respond in many ways. Some patients experience deep relaxation and well being after a treatment; others feel renewed energy. Some feel over-emotional but this is transitory and a way of the body responding to treatment.
